Scaffolding design & installation
Scaffolding designed around your structure, its loads and its access — then installed by our own experienced team, across Scotland.
Design & installation
Designed for your project, installed to the highest standards
- Structure & load design
- SG4 · TG20 standards
- CHAS accredited
Every good scaffold starts with a design. Our team is trained in all aspects of scaffold planning, design and assembly, and we take the time to assess each site — the structure, the load the scaffold has to carry, the access points and the safety considerations — before anything goes up.
Then our experienced scaffolders install it to the highest standards of quality and safety, following SG4, TG20 and the Work at Height Regulations with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a scaffold that is fit for purpose, adaptable to your timeline and budget, and right first time.
What we consider
What goes into every design
Before anything goes up, we work through the details that make a scaffold safe and efficient for the job it has to do.
-
Structure type
The building or structure the scaffold serves, and how it can be tied to it safely.
-
Load capacity
What the scaffold has to carry — people, materials and equipment — and how that load reaches the ground.
-
Access points
How your trades get on and off the scaffold, and where they need to work from it.
-
Safety considerations
The risks on the site, identified early and designed out wherever possible.
-
Site conditions
The ground, the space around the building and anything in the way, from a narrow lane to a conservatory.
-
Your programme
How the scaffold needs to change as the work progresses, so it is ready when your trades are.

Safety
Safety designed in from the start
Every structure we install is built to exceed current health and safety regulations. We assess each site and identify potential risks at the design stage, so safety is part of the scaffold rather than something added afterwards.
Once it is up we inspect it at handover and at regular intervals while it stands, with extra checks after bad weather, so it stays as safe as the day it was installed.
Our inspection service- Every site assessed before it is designed
- Installed to SG4, TG20 and Work at Height standards
- Inspected at handover, then at least every seven days
- Extra checks after high winds, with a written report each time

Questions about design and installation
The questions we’re asked most often about how a scaffold is designed and put up.
-
Does my scaffold need a design?
Many common scaffolds are covered by standard TG20 guidance. Anything outside it — heavy loads, unusual heights, bridges, cantilevers or restricted sites — needs a bespoke design. We’ll tell you which applies to your job, and our specialist design service covers the complex ones.
-
Who installs the scaffold?
Our own team of experienced scaffolders, trained in up-to-date safety procedures. They install every scaffold to SG4, TG20 and Work at Height standards.
-
What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of scaffolding solutions across Scotland, including domestic and commercial scaffolding, scaffolding design and installation, temporary roof structures, and regular inspections. We also provide haulage and Hiab hire for lifting and transporting materials, giving you a complete service from start to finish.
-
Do you work on both small and large projects?
Yes. Whether it’s scaffolding for a small home renovation or a large-scale commercial development, we have the experience, equipment, and skilled team to deliver a safe and reliable solution tailored to your needs.
-
How do you ensure safety on-site?
Safety is our top priority. All scaffolding is designed and erected to meet current UK safety regulations, including SG4, TG20, and Working at Height standards. Our qualified team also carries out regular inspections and provides health and safety reports to ensure full compliance throughout your project.
-
Do you provide scaffolding inspections?
Yes. We offer both scheduled and one-off inspections to ensure your scaffolding remains secure, compliant, and fit for purpose during the entire project. This gives you peace of mind that your site is always safe.
