Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer, phone or tablet. This website does not set any cookies of its own, and you do not need to accept cookies to browse it or to send us an enquiry.
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to see how the website is used: how many people visit, which pages they look at, how they found us, roughly where they are and what kind of device and browser they use. We use this to improve the website. It does not give us your name or contact details, and we do not use it to identify you.
To do this, Google Analytics saves two cookies in your browser when you visit:
_ga— tells one visitor apart from another. It lasts for up to two years._ga_KPV97Y51L4— keeps track of your visit from one page to the next. It lasts for up to two years.
This information is collected and stored by Google on our behalf, and may be processed on servers outside the United Kingdom. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google handles it.
You can stop these cookies at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser’s settings, or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website works in exactly the same way if you do.
Maps, reviews and links to other websites
Some pages include content supplied by other companies: a Google map of our location, and customer reviews shown through the Star Reviews service, including reviewers’ profile pictures loaded from the sites the reviews were left on. When a page containing this content loads, your browser connects to those companies’ servers, so they receive your IP address and details of your browser, and they may set cookies of their own. How they use that information is covered by their own privacy policies.
Our website also links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp and our social media pages. This policy does not cover them.
