Scaffolding around new houses under construction on a housing development

Scaffolding for new builds

Full perimeter scaffolding that keeps new build programmes moving, for developments across Scotland.

New build scaffolding

Keeping your programme moving

  • Full perimeter systems
  • SG4 · TG20 standards
  • CHAS accredited

On a new build, the scaffold goes up with the building. We provide full perimeter scaffolding for developments of all sizes, planned around your programme so each lift is ready when your trades need it and access routes stay clear across the site.

We work closely with site managers, contractors and other trades, and every scaffold is risk-assessed, erected to SG4 and TG20 guidance and inspected while it stands — with full documentation available for your site records.

Safety

Safe access across the whole site

Every scaffolding system we erect is built to meet — and exceed — current safety regulations and industry standards, including SG4, TG20 and the Work at Height Regulations. Our team is trained in up-to-date safety procedures, and every structure is checked to be secure and stable before it is handed over.

On a new build the scaffold changes as the building rises, so we inspect it at handover, at least every seven days while it stands and after bad weather, and provide written reports for your site records.

Get in touch
  • Can the scaffold go up in stages as the build rises?

Yes. On a new build we raise the scaffold with the structure, adding lifts as each floor goes up, so your trades always have safe access at the level they’re working on.

  • Can you provide edge protection?

Yes. Guard rails, toe boards and barriers along working edges and openings are part of how we provide safe access on site.

  • Do you work on both small and large projects?

Yes. Whether it’s scaffolding for a small home renovation or a large-scale commercial development, we have the experience, equipment, and skilled team to deliver a safe and reliable solution tailored to your needs.

  • How do you ensure safety on-site?

Safety is our top priority. All scaffolding is designed and erected to meet current UK safety regulations, including SG4, TG20, and Working at Height standards. Our qualified team also carries out regular inspections and provides health and safety reports to ensure full compliance throughout your project.

  • Can you supply temporary roofs?

Absolutely. Our team designs and installs temporary roof structures to protect your site from the elements. This is especially useful during roof works or when weather could otherwise cause delays.

  • Do you provide scaffolding inspections?

Yes. We offer both scheduled and one-off inspections to ensure your scaffolding remains secure, compliant, and fit for purpose during the entire project. This gives you peace of mind that your site is always safe.

  • Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Airth, Stirlingshire, and proudly serve clients in Falkirk, Clackmannanshire, Fife, and across Scotland. If your project falls outside these areas, feel free to get in touch — we may still be able to help.
