Health & safety reports

Clear records for a compliant site

  • Written after every inspection
  • Risk assessments as standard
  • Recommendations for action

If you’re responsible for site safety, you need more than a scaffold that looks right — you need a record that shows it is. Our qualified team provides health and safety reports alongside our inspections, so you have clear, written evidence that your scaffolding is safe and compliant throughout your project.

Detailed reports and risk assessments are provided as standard. Each report sets out what we checked, what we found and our professional recommendations for any corrective action required, so problems are dealt with early and your records are ready whenever they’re needed.

Get in touch
  • When do I get a report?

After each inspection. The report sets out our findings, along with professional recommendations for any corrective action required.

  • Do you provide risk assessments?

Yes. Risk assessments are provided as standard with our inspections, alongside the written report.

  • Do you inspect scaffolding put up by other companies?

Yes. Whether it’s a structure we’ve installed or one from a third-party provider, we carry out thorough checks in line with current legislation and best practice.

  • How often does scaffolding need to be inspected?

Under the Work at Height Regulations, a scaffold has to be inspected after it is put up and before it is first used, at intervals of no more than seven days while it stands, and after anything that could affect its stability — such as high winds. We carry out all three: weekly inspections, post-weather checks and one-off evaluations.

  • Do you provide scaffolding inspections?

Yes. We offer both scheduled and one-off inspections to ensure your scaffolding remains secure, compliant, and fit for purpose during the entire project. This gives you peace of mind that your site is always safe.

  • How do you ensure safety on-site?

Safety is our top priority. All scaffolding is designed and erected to meet current UK safety regulations, including SG4, TG20, and Working at Height standards. Our qualified team also carries out regular inspections and provides health and safety reports to ensure full compliance throughout your project.

  • Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Airth, Stirlingshire, and proudly serve clients in Falkirk, Clackmannanshire, Fife, and across Scotland. If your project falls outside these areas, feel free to get in touch — we may still be able to help.
